Explain your role at the company?
I build and maintain relationships with our customers. As part of this process, I help guide customers through their packaging needs, assisting them with new packaging projects or with reordering their existing packaging and ensuring it is up to their quality standards each time.
What is your background in the industry?
I come from a manufacturing background. I enjoy working with key clients, and I carry a project management certification.
What do you love about working at CannaCarton?
I love our team! We are a tight knit group with shared values and goals.
What are your goals when working with your customers?
My goal is for the customer to want to come back to CannaCarton for their next project. I want them to feel like their needs were met and that they were heard on their journey to finding their perfect packaging solution.
